Day 55 – Once again, I got nothin’

Mr. & Mrs. Smith - Strangle (small)
It’s been a day. Aili is in a bad mood.

So that said, I’m going to just tell my food and call it a night.

Meal #1:
1/2c steel-cut oats
1 egg

Meal #2:
2 slices Pepperidge Farms whole grain white bread
1 serving ham
1 medium apple

Meal #3: Vanilla smoothie
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 c 1% milk
ice!

Meal #4:
1 salmon wellington
1 c steamed broccoli

Meal #5: Chocolate smoothie
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1/2 c 1% milk
ice!

Water:
3 Liters

Exercise:
Full body workout: legs and thighs

Sleep:
7 hours
